F*ck Parasites
Parasites and Hormones; Oh My!
Is It Menopause or Do You Just Have PARASITES? This is my theory, and my theory is this:
Soooo... Let me start by saying that this theory is not just some half assed idea that landed in my brain like an airborne parasite egg.
Oh no. It was spawned by research. Not by simply reading/watching randos writing/ranting insanity on the internet.
As one does, I actually buckled down and read a bunch of scientific abstracts.
Like this one, and this one, and this one, and this one. Plus, a couple-three articles from actual medical professionals who have a fair amount of experience with menopause patients and this very thing.
Why was I doing this, you might ask? Well, I had been doing an alkaline keto intermittent fast, as you do, and found that I was getting super hangry in the mornings and couldn't get past a 24 hour fast. Which caused my cortisol to spike. Sending my menopause middle into expansion instead of contraction like it was supposed to.
So?!
I never get hangry! Just doesn't happen. In fact, I had done the same fast schedule last year and had no problems at all. Which got me thinking about parasites. Naturally. So I started researching parasites and cleanses. Which led me to my findings:
Some of the most common parasites Fuck With Your Hormones!
In fact, some of the more common menopause symptoms women experience are also the same symptoms presented with these parasites.
See where I'm going with this?
If parasites fuck with our hormones, and there is overlap in menopause symptoms, then it's possible that menopause symptoms can be caused by parasites. Which could either create or exacerbate symptoms. Which might disappear or subside after a parasite cleanse.
Which I am in the middle of right now. A parasite cleanse that is.
I did notice that my hot flushes increased as I was experiencing my first round of die offs. Plus, some of my other "menopause" aches; and the super dry skin, hair, nails, and everything; got worse.
Did I mention that I was correct about the parasites causing the hangry?
Going to do two more rounds over the next two months. So I will keep you updated.
In the meantime, if you are so inclined, I invite you to join my experiment by doing this:
Get your hormone levels tested. Do a parasite cleanse (do your research and do it right!). Then get your hormones tested again. Or, just make notes of all your symptoms, do the cleanse, and keep track of how your symptoms are affected.
Either way, if you decide to join me, let me know how you go!

Recommendations and Reviews: Parasite Cleanse Stuff, and Things
Here you go. I did the research for you.
Well, I did the research. Everyone should still DYOR (Do Your Own Research).
Medical Disclosure:
I am not a medical professional. These are some things I have used with success. If you have serious medical conditions, or have an inclination that you might need to have a professional guide you through a cleanse - of any kind - seek qualified medical advise. But also: always DYOR and use your voice to ask informed questions when you do seek advice.

Since this week we are diving into the connections between body invading freeloaders and menopause, I thought it only right to include some parasite cleanse options that I personally recommend.
Even though there are a lot of options out there, after doing a shit ton of research, (including actually using them) this is what I use:
The Cellcore Para products are my go to favorite. They work great, without being too harsh. I have also used Theraneem and the Gaia Herbs Black Walnut and Wormwood tincture along with them; and as a preventative after; to make sure I hit as many types of Parasites as possible. I also throw in some fulvic acid, activated charcoal, and organic Ceylon cinnamon to further help bind and expel the die off toxins.
You should definitely do a deep dive on how to successfully, and safely, complete a Parasite Cleanse. Especially since there are some formulas with herbs that kick parasite butt (like Male Fern) that also have some caveats (don't eat oils and fats while taking Male Fern, for example). Plus, When you take whatever you take makes a big difference too. Both time of day, sequence of products, how long before or after you eat. All the things.
It also helps to do an organic, anti inflammation, Alkaline Keto, type diet for a bit before, during, and after the Para Cleanse. Eliminate all the foods the parasites love while giving yourself as much nourishment as possible.
To give you a leg up on that, here's a good food guide to consider while doing your Parasite Cleanse. Plus, this Cellcore Para bundle includes a general protocol for how and when to take the Cellcore products that the bundle includes, right on the order page.
For everyone who decides to dive head first into a cleanse, I would love to hear your ensuing Para stories. Soooo… Toss me a line or two about your experiences when you’ve finish your first round.
